Btw, I also tried most of the solutions in that thread but still. I also looked at the 'Troubleshooting and Crash.' thread that's pinned at top, but I didnt find any problem similar to mine.

The only possible issue I can think of is the GPU driver for which I installed an old version to avoid slutter in Dark Souls 3, but the problem is not solved even after I tried to update the GPU driver to the latest NVIDIA v390 something. I tried everyting like updating my windows, disabling GameDVR, disabling the Touch Keyboard thing, closing some of the useless privacy services in win10 for optimized gaming and so on. Then I reinstalled Skyrim SE, but it still crashed the same way above.

Then, the game crashed after clicking on New Game.ДЄt first I thought there is some problem with the mods so I uninstalled all the mods and Skyrim, deleted the Skyrim SE folder in steamapp (to make sure there's nothing left) as well as the ini settings in My Game.
